Our new location in The Hague opened its doors in January 2024 in a beautiful heritage building dating from 1882 that has been completely refurbished inside and out to match our needs. For example, the baby bedrooms are directly adjacent to the group room and there’s also a snoozing area where babies can rest. In the infant group, we’ve attached sensomotor circles to the wall for the children to feel. And playhouses are available in the toddler group where they can relax or read a book. The toddler groups also have adjacent bedrooms, with their own toilet area fitted with children’s toilets.
The garden is simply stunning. Not only according to our parents... It’s a fantastic space for the children to explore and includes rope-climbing elements, a ‘refuelling station’ for bicycles, a challenging slope where children can burn off their energy and a sandpit that can be filled with water from the large water-filled log. The screened baby gardens overlook the large garden. They have their own small sandpit and a climbing element to stimulate motor skills.
We consider ourselves so lucky to have a permanent, close-knit and diverse team. All our childcare staff members have their own special qualities and they’re all so motivated to help develop and get involved in all the activities that take place at our location every day. We enjoy doing things together and having fun. Just like the children!
We don’t have any parking spaces on site. However, our location is easily accessible by public transport (bus 22 stops right outside the door), by bike and on foot.
